If interested in scheduling a workshop call Dechelly Galleries at (928) 674 3431, and please print, complete, sign and mail this application. Class size is strictly limited to only six participants to ensure a quality experience for all participants.
Cost for a 5-day workshop is per participant is $725.00 (US$).
The fee covers the following: guide service, transportation during the workshop, permits, lecture fees, daily lunch and refreshments in the field. It does not include lodging, breakfast and evening meals, airline fares or transportation to and from Chinle.
The required deposit is $345.00 and should be sent with your completed application immediately, and the remaining balance due within 30 days of the workshop.

In the event of the cancellation of any workshop, a full refund will be issued. No refund will be given for any withdrawal within ten days of the beginning of the chosen workshop. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended for those purchasing airline tickets.
